Pick up or transporting of your vehicle is 100% your responsibility. As a service to our customers, we can arrange transportation of your newly purchased vehicle within mainland USA. This means, we will quote you a price, and this is added to your purchase price. We will then find and arrange shipping of your vehicle to you. You will be notified of the company transporting your vehicle, and their contact information. We will notify you with an estimated pick-up and delivery time, and once again when the vehicle leaves our facility. 

Pick up from our location is usually within 3-10 business days. Delivery depending on your location, road and weather condition could vary from 2 to 7 business days. Please note, these are only estimated time lines. Your location, weather and road conditions play a huge role on actual delivery time. All transport will be on an  open carrier, unless otherwise requested by you. The cost of enclosed transport is usually much higher.

Once the vehicle leaves our showroom, our responsibility ends. This is your car, your transport. In the event of any delivery problem, all claims will be between you (buyer), and the transport company. We will provide you with the transport contact info so you can follow up with them. Vehicles leave our place clean inside and out, but they may not get to you that way. Please note we are only acting as YOUR agent, in arranging transportation logistics. If you rather do this yourself, you may do so. eDirect Motors is not associated with any transport company.

We highly recommend you start the insurance on your vehicle once the paperwork have been completed. Certain items such as sever weather condition or act of nature may not be covered by transport, or deductible may be involved. Also remember to inspect your vehicle very carefully at the time of delivery. You should let the driver know of any damage and also note it on the bill of landing, and follow up with the transport company. Once you sign the bill of landing, you are accepting the vehicle.

Below we have provided some sample prices for you. Prices below are valid for transport from our location in Dallas, Texas to a 'MAJOR' metropolitan area, and a normal size car in open carrier. In most cases we will arrange door-to-door transport, meaning the vehicle is picked up from our location, and delivered to your address (if truck accessible). In some rare cases the delivery maybe to a terminal. This means the vehicle will be transported to a terminal in major city close to your location, and you will pick up from there. Please note gas prices and weather will affect these prices. Please call us for more accurate rate.
