TEST DRIVE POLICY

PLEASE READ:  BY PREVIOUS APPOINTMENT ONLY, NO WALK-INS .....  As our name indicates, we are an internet based dealership. We are not in a position to allow multiple test drives or window shopping. Please do your research and comparison PRIOR to a personal visit. Also we do not offer any in-house financing, so you should have your financing completed in advance.

Ensure the price, miles and condition of the vehicle is to your satisfaction as we are a NO HAGGLE dealership. Test drive is NOT a negotiating tool and the last step prior to you purchasing the vehicle.

For test drive, we will need copies of your driver's license and insurance card, and ask that the vehicle be driven under normal conditions (no harsh / stunt driving), no longer than 15 minutes or 10 miles, so stay close. Per our insurance requirements, one of our representatives must accompany you during the test drive. No test drive during wet weather, or if you do not have a prior appointment.

All extended limited warranties offered here are through Eagle Warranty Corp, and are valid ONLY in the mainland United States, unless otherwise stated by the warranty company. This is NOT a bumper-to-bumper warranty. Please visit the warranty company's web page for complete information regarding covered components, limitations and their rules & procedures. eDirect Motors can not mediate any issues between the buyer and the warranty company. Choosing and purchasing an extended warranty is your choice.

PRE-BUY INSPECTION

All vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS without any exceptions. There are no returns or credits, once paperwork and payment have been completed. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure the vehicle meets your requirements. In most cases warranty companies will NOT cover any 'pre-existing' problems,  Twin Turbo components, or certain year/make/models. We always recommend a professional bumper-to-bumper 'pre-buy' inspection, no matter if you are purchasing the vehicle from us or other dealers. You may use any mobile inspection company or a franchise new car dealership close to our location (zip code 75229). We do not allow our vehicles to be taken to other mechanics or shops (no exceptions). Finding and arranging an inspection is YOUR responsibility. Also a 'pre-buy' inspection is NOT a negotiating tool, and it's for your information only. Normal wear and tear is to be expected on any previously owned vehicle.
