Step 1:Pick it - Choose your next motorcycle from our inventory. We
have provided you with complete pictures and information. Something is
not clear or have a question? Just give us a call or email us. We will
do our best to answer any questions you may have.
Step 2:Hold it - Take steps to secure the bike before someone
else does. All you need here is to send a $400 fee
via PayPal to place
it on hold for ONE WEEK. This amount will be refunded back to your
PayPal account once the bike is fully paid for within ONE WEEK.
Please note, you
will lose this amount if transaction is not completed within one week.

Step 3:Complete paperwork and payment - We will complete all
the necessary paperwork for you. Depending on your location,
we can FAX or MAIL your paperwork to you. All you do is sign as
noted, and return to us. The balance due will need to be paid
by Bank Wire Transfer, or CASH (Please do not mail
Personal or Cashier's check). For security
reason we recommend a bank-to-bank wire transfer.

Step 4:Ship it or Pick up - Once we have all your paperwork, and cleared fund,
the bike will be ready for shipping or pick up.
If you are arranging your own transportation
of the bike. We will need the name and the phone number of the
company which will pick it up. Please ensure this is correct
since in some occasions transport companies sub contract other carriers.
We would need the name and phone number of the company who will actually
pick up the bike. Transport will need to contact us a day in advance of
arrival. Pick up will be Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 5PM.
IMPORTANT: Most transport
companies WILL NOT take the key with the motorcycle. It is YOUR
responsibility to check with the transport. Also, the check list for
transport when the bike is picked up from our location is a set of codes
very difficult to interpret. You are purchasing this bike the way it is
represented in our pictures. We CAN NOT go through a list of codes from
transport to determine there is a rock chip on the bike. The way it's
written, they could mark a small chip, but if the same spot is damaged
it will be noted the same when you get it. PLEASE ensure you understand
this fully. Feel free to call us if we need to explain further.

Cashier's Check:
We need to verify with your bank. Requires 10 business days (2 full weeks) to clear.
Wire Transfer:
Immediate during banking hours and usually takes 24 hours (one business day) to clear.
Bank Draft
letters: We can only accept draft authorization letters from
Texas residents. This is due to the fact that as a licensed dealer
we can do the TT&L (title work) for Texas buyers only.
Blank loan
checks: These are checks from Capital One or E-Loan, or some
other lenders. Please ensure
you apply for the proper category. You will need to apply for the
'Used Car Dealership' Purchase and NOT the franchised dealer. Some
lenders may have year or miles limitation. It is your
responsibility to ensure all your requirements are met. (we do
NOT accept HSBC loan checks)
IMPORTANT NOTICE: In ALL cases your
funds will need to verified and cleared prior to vehicle leaving
our showroom. We recommend Bank Wire transfer for security &
timeliness. Please note that cashier's check or other bank checks
are NOT considered cash, and are not secure until cleared by our
bank. Out of state buyers will receive their title usually within
7-30 days from date of sale & after funds have been cleared. All
titles will be mailed Express mail with signature at delivery.

We do not offer any 'in-house' financing. However,
we have found the following links which may assist you with your loan
requirements.
You can always check with your own bank or Credit Union as well. eDirect Motors is not associated
with any of these companies and can not recommend one over the other.

Information:
Please note, we are not a new /
franchise dealership.
We sell pre-owned motorcycles ONLY. Because of this, all of our
bikes sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, HOW-IS.
We do not have
access to previous title or ownership history. We purchase our
bikes with current clean title and we sell them that way. Also painting a
bike is very common. The previous owner could have repainted a
bike partially or completely for various reasons such as:
accidents, customizing, etc. It is YOUR responsibility to obtain
any and all information about the bike you are purchasing PRIOR to
completing your purchase. ALL bikes we sell will have the VIN#
etched on the vertical steering column. The sticker indicating
VIN# info, year, etc may or may not be present.
There are NO returns or
credit, once you sign the paperwork. You own the bike. As is the case with any used
motorcycle there
may
be some wear, dings, scratches/scuffs or even some minor damage to
the fiberglass, etc. All information posted
about our bikes are based on a short test drive,
and a visual inspection. Items such as books & manuals, tools,
extra keys, etc may or may not be included.
Also it is YOUR responsibility to ensure everything is in working
order. Turn signals are not necessary for inspection. Some may be
removed or INOP. This does not affect the price of our bikes. Also some bikes may be under factory warranty, but it is
your responsibility to check the status of the warranty, and their
limitation or transfer fees.
Per state laws ALL MOTORCYCLES ARE SOLD AS-IS. We are licensed by
State of Texas and we operate under Texas rules and regulation. We
will not be responsible for your state laws or regulations.
Once you sign the paperwork, and pay for the bike IT IS YOURS.
Only a mobile
inspection company who can come to our location can inspect the
bike. Due to our insurance, there will be no test drive. Per
federal & state laws any bike 10 years or older will be listed
as EXEMPT, regardless of the current mileage. Pictures are the primary way for us to describe the
motorcycle. It is possible that we could make a mistake in our
description. We ask that you review each picture very carefully
and give us a call if you have questions about anything.
If you are in Texas, by law we
will have to collect all Tax, Title & License (TT&L) and
other fees. We will then handle the motorcycle registration for
you. Out-of-State
customers, will need to pay a $50 documentation fee, and a city
of Dallas Inventory tax (0.0025 x sales price). If the bike
is purchased through eBay site, there will be a $150 fee as well. TT&L for out-of-state
customers is done at their own state by the buyer. All of our
titles are correct for state of Texas, but some states may have
other requirements. Customer accepts any fee which may be
associated with this service, and this may delay the title to you.
Out-of-state customers, can usually expect the title within
7-30 days from the purchase date. Title may also be sent to
your lender, if requested. All bikes sold will have current
plates, or we can issue a temporary dealer tag (good for 21 days
from date of sale). These fees are NOT negotiable.
Transport /
shipping the bike is 100% your responsibility and we do not
arrange shipping on the motorcycles. We recommend that you start the insurance
coverage on your bike as soon as the paperwork has been
completed. We are providing you with
various links just as a service. We do not recommend one over the
other, etc.
Most items listed
above are common sense, and understood by 99.9% of buyers. We just
have to mention them so there
are no misunderstanding, as well as our protection. We want you to be happy with your purchase, without
any surprises. Please feel free to call or email us if you have

From time to time, we come across some
customers who are very suspicious or uneasy about buying on-line.
It should be said that purchasing on-line or sight
unseen is not for everyone. If you don't feel happy about what you
are doing and feel uncomfortable, please DO NOT buy on-line. You
should visit your neighborhood dealership and pay the extra for
your peace of mind. Buying a bike should be a happy and joyous
time, not stressful.
