We do not have
access to previous title or ownership history. We purchase our
bikes with current clean title and we sell them that way. Also painting a
bike is very common. The previous owner could have repainted a
bike partially or completely for various reasons such as:
accidents, customizing, etc. It is YOUR responsibility to obtain
any and all information about the bike you are purchasing PRIOR to
completing your purchase. ALL bikes we sell will have the VIN#
etched on the vertical steering column. The sticker indicating
VIN# info, year, etc may or may not be present.
As is the case with any used
motorcycle there
may
be some wear, dings, scratches/scuffs or even some minor damage to
the fiberglass, etc. All information posted
about our bikes are based on a short test drive,
and a visual inspection. Items such as books & manuals, tools,
extra keys, etc may or may not be included.
Also it is YOUR responsibility to ensure everything is in working
order. Turn signals or mirrors are not necessary for inspection.
Some may be removed or INOP. This does not affect the price of our
bikes. Also some bikes may be under factory warranty, but it is
your responsibility to check the status of the warranty, and their
limitation or transfer fees. Per State laws we sell all our bike
AS-IS, without any warranty.
Our bikes have CLEAN title.
We DO NOT buy or sell, salvage or reconditioned titled bikes. Please
let us know if we missed something and we will be happy to go over
the bike and your questions to the best of our ability. Don't let
this bike get away from you. We have
been selling worldwide for years, and can make your experience
a pleasant one.

All bikes are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS without any
exceptions. You may arrange to have the motorcycle inspected by a mobile
inspector in our facility ONLY. We do not allow our bikes to be taken out to
other shops (no exceptions). Also a 'pre-buy' inspection is NOT a negotiating tool, and
it's for your information only. Normal wear and tear is to be expected on any
previously owned bike. Here's one we found, there maybe others:
IMPORTANT: Most transport
companies WILL NOT take the key with the motorcycle. It is YOUR
responsibility to check with the transport. Also, the check list for
transport when the bike is picked up from our location is a set of codes
very difficult to interpret. You are purchasing this bike the way it is
represented in our pictures. We CAN NOT go through a list of codes from
transport to determine there is a rock chip on the bike. The way it's
written, they could mark a small chip, but if the same spot is damaged
it will be noted the same when you get it. PLEASE ensure you understand
this fully. Feel free to call us if we need to explain further.
We ask that you pick up or
transport the motorcycle within ONE week, please.
PAPERWORK / TITLE
Listed price does
not include TT&L
Paperwork / Title: All the paperwork can be completed by mail or fax. If you are in Texas,
then by law we will have to collect all the TT&L. Out of State buyers
will be responsible for all their TT&L and any other fees required to
register the vehicle in their state. Titles will be sent via Express mail to out of state
buyers within 7 to 30 days from sale date. In the event the
vehicle does not have current plates or tags, we may issue a dealer
temporary tag which is good for up to 60 days from date of
sale.
EXPORT: It is YOUR
responsibility to fully comply with all US export laws as well as the
import laws related to your country. We do all paperwork according to
Texas laws. In most cases the title must accompany the vehicle being
exported. It is your responsibility to ensure the title is available
for the vehicle you are about to purchase. All vehicles must be moved
within 7 days.
FEES
All sales are subject to a $150
documentation fee, and 0.21% city of Dallas Inventory tax (
i.e. $10,000 car will have $21 tax). For any vehicle sale through eBay
there is also a $195 eBay fee. Texas residents will also be charged the TT&L fees (Tax, Title, Registration). Out of state buyers will be
responsible for paying their own TT&L to have the vehicle registered.

PAYMENT
Payment: We
must have your completed payment and paperwork within 7 days.
Recommended method is Secure Bank-to-Bank Wire transfer. We
absolutely will not accept personal Checks. If you are paying by
Cashier's check, we need to verify the check with the issuing bank
prior to your arrival. Your non-refundable hold fee will only be
refunded back to your PayPal account, once all paperwork have been
completed, and full payment has been received within one week.

Cashier's Check:
This is NOT considered cash. We will need to verify the check with the issuing bank prior to
your arrival. Please fax us a copy of the check. Our bank requires
up to 10 business days (2 full weeks) for checks to clear -
Vehicle maybe picked up upon our verification, but titles will not
mailed out until after this period.
Wire Transfer:
Immediate during banking hours and usually takes 24 hours (one business day) to clear.
Bank Draft
letters: We can only accept draft authorization letters from
Texas residents. This is due to the fact that as a licensed dealer
we can do the TT&L (title work) for Texas buyers only.
Blank loan
checks: These are checks from Capital One or E-Loan, or some
other lenders. Please ensure
you apply for the proper category. You will need to apply for the
'Used Car Dealership' Purchase and NOT the franchised dealer. Some
lenders may have year or miles limitation. It is your
responsibility to ensure all your requirements are met.
Money Order:
NO Money Order of any sort, from anyone and anywhere will be
accepted.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We recommend Bank Wire transfer for security &
timeliness. Please note that cashier's check or other bank checks
are NOT considered cash, and are not secure until cleared by our
bank. Out of state buyers will receive their title usually within
7-30 days from date of sale & after funds have been cleared. All
titles will be mailed Express mail with signature at delivery.

We are not a new motorcycle
dealership. We are a licensed and registered used motorcycle dealer in
State of Texas, and operate under certain rules and regulations.
Because of this, all of our bikes are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All
sales are final, and there are no returns or credit given. Per
Federal & State laws the mileage on any vehicle 10 years or older
will be listed as EXEMPT, regardless of the current reading. As is
the case with any previously owned motorcycle, there maybe rock chips,
dings, scuffs, scratches and normal wear. We do not buy or sell any
bike with a salvage or reconditioned title. Pictures are the primary way for us to
describe the motorcycle. We provide you with more than enough
pictures to show the condition. Please take time to review
each picture very carefully and give us a call if you have a
question about anything. It is 100% your responsibility to ensure
the motorcycle you are about to purchase meets your requirements.

any previous service history. For
complete service history or possible remaining warranty or
manufacturer specific items, please contact your authorized new
motorcycle dealership.
